Join us and learn how to manage and harness energy efficiently.

Did you know that by balancing the energy in the 7 Chakra energy wheels you can heal yourself? Learn to relax through meditation to release stress and anxiety. Energy radiates from your chakras through your aura field and when you are happy or angry it affects the flow of energy. Learn a variety of techniques on how to balance your chakras to heal yourself and at the same time be able to heal others. There will be demonstrations on other tools that may also be utilized along with the chakras such as pendulums, cards, and essential oils to assist in the healing process. A healing attunement will be given at end of class to participants.

This will be a class full of wonderful information and handouts. There will be a “tool kit” (which is optional) available for purchase in order to practice during the class and afterwards.
